How often You get consumed by things that are really outside of your control?

There are things you CAN control, things that you CAN influence and things that you just have to except.

The “controllers” in our daily life, let’s name them that, are really boils down to  3 things:

  • Your schedule or the hours you work.

  • Your activities or what you do daily.

  •  Your attitude or your reaction.

  • Please answer in the comments below if you agree:  Do you have total control over the amount of time put into something? Control over how many hours you’re working in? Or how many hours you willing to dedicate to work out, for example? How many hours you’re going to spend to network or connect with potential clients? How many hours you will spend with your friends or on favorite hobbies

There is one more thing in your control- is the amount of effort you’re putting and how much effort are you putting in order to hit your goals.

What I do with clients is we figure out what their obstacles, other words, we take their goals and breaking down based on their daily and weekly activities to hit their goals! And then I hold them accountable for actually doing the activity.

Let’s be honest, we both know that consistent effort that we applied to what we do, is always lead to consistent results. Another words if you have a goal you working on, your activity will always eventually pay off.

But the biggest thing YOU CAN control - is your attitude!

When you deal with people on personal or professional level, they see your attitude right away: are you happy, confident, complaining, discouraged?

Good to know, Yana, but how can I take control over my attitude when it really dosn’t feel like it?

Well i got you, your could always improve your attitude with yourself talk.

Be honest here, when situation ot home or at work happened (take the lastest that happened or happening in your life)

  • What are you telling yourself

  • What do you programming your mind?

  • What are you convincing yourself when you feeling like you don’t want to do something?

// life is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it// (FYI- not my quote, I wish).

The good news are that YOU CAN CHOOSE how to react to the things that happened to you! You can’t control circumstances, but YOU CAN. control your reaction and your attitude.

  • DON’T let your circumstances control your actions.

  •  DON’t put expectations on results at the end of the game, on what you trying to accomplish.

By doing that you putting your sense of accomplishment into something that you don’t have total control over.

Instead, focus on activity that leads to the results.

Answer what are you willing to except

By excepting, out of your control situation - relieves you to accept that some things will fall into places they supposed to.
